This course is meant to provide a general introduction to the legal environment that affects individuals, in Corporate & Employment Law. In addition to provide a general introduction to the Corporate & Employment system, this course will focus on specific legal topics such as what is Corporate Law, what is Corporate & Employment Law, what is subject of law, how to make agreement, what is legal entity, how to set up the business entity. How to be good employer and good employee and the relation between employee and corporation. Students will be explained how to set up and run legal entity such as LLC, Cooperative, and Foundation according Pancasila Industrial Relationship. Student is required to participate discussion actively, and required to practice through assignment & presentation and take midterm and final exam/final project.
