This course explores various issues of international law, from the history of international law to dispute settlement under international law. Furthermore, this course addresses case examples related to the issues discussed. On top of that, in certain issues, this course also points out the relevant cases with regard to Indonesia, for example on the position of international law within the Indonesian domestic legal system.

This course aims to introduce and study as well as discuss the issues in the area of Information Technology and law that focus on computer program and data analysis. Student is as a candidate to become a legal professional is migrating to a combination of law and technology (coding and big data) as dual set of skills are becoming increasingly valuable and programming expertise is certainly providing a competitive advantage when it comes to advising legal tech companies.
